Measured at 7.5 meter distance in the same condition

Motor Vehicle should be kept at static condition and condition of engine should be of following type:
a. Diesel Engine>>Maximum cyclical velocity
b. Engine by Gasoline>>Weight less, acceleration at two thirds of cyclical velocity
c. Motor Cycle>> If cyclical velocity is above the level of maximum 5000 rpm then its two thirds and if cyclical velocity is less than the level of maximum 5000 rpm then it is three fourth.
